Rat Polyclonal Antibody Development
Standard protocol:
- Peptide design (free of charge)
- Peptide(s) synthesis or recombinant protein production
- KLH Conjugation (or any other carrier) if necessary
- Collection of pre-immune serum
- Immunizations of one rat for 70 days
- Delivery of 3 to 8 ml of immune serum
- Other option : Affinity purification against the antigen or protein G
NB : As the development of polyclonal antibody is custom made, we can adapt our protocol to any situation or specific needs in order to better suit your required specifications.
