We can develop polyclonal antibodies from rabbit but also from other species from peptides, recombinant proteins, cDNA (genetic immunization), small organisms, haptens, protein extracts…etc.
Standard protocol from rabbits :
- Peptide design (free of charge)
- Peptide(s) synthesis or recombinant protein production
- KLH Conjugation (or any other carrier) if necessary
- Immunizations of 2 rabbits during 49 to 90 days
- ELISA tests for titres determination day 49 and 90
- Delivery of pre-immun serum, peptide and immun serum
- Free option : choice of the rabbits for immunizations (shipment of pre-immun serum)
- Other option : Affinity purification against the antigen or protein A
NB : As the development of polyclonal antibody is custom made, we can adapt our protocol to any situation or specific needs in order to better suit your required specifications. For instance, we can offer a rapid protocol of 1 to 2 months with titres follow-ups, we can co-immunize with several peptides according to the nature of your projects…etc.
