Standard Protocol :
Service Description
A. Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody Service
- Immunization of two (2) rabbits using standard immunization of 5 injections and 2 test bleeds per rabbit
- Monitor antiserum titer using standard ELISA
- Send pre and test bleeds (5 ml) to customer

B. Lymphocytes Isolation Service
- Isolate all the lymphocytes from one rabbit spleen for fusion. Store remaining lymphocytes in liquid nitrogen for up to 3 months.

C+. Rabbit Monoclonal Hybridoma Service
- Perform fusion and ELISA screening of 40 x 96-well plates against the screening antigen
- Expand all ELISA positive hybridomas to 24-well plates and perform confirming ELISA against screening antigen
- Send all positive supernatants (10-40) to customer for the identification of desired hybridomas (1 ml each)

D. Rabbit Hybridoma Subcloning Service
- Subclone up to 3 hybridomas chosen by customer
- For each hybridoma chosen, deliver supernatants (1 ml each) from 10 subclones for a two week screening by customer
- Expand and deliver up to three (3) final hybridoma subclones as frozen cells
- For each final hybridoma subclone, 3 frozen vials of cells will be delivered and 2 frozen vials of cells will be maintained at Epitomics for up to 3 months after the termination of the project
