Monoclonal Antibody Development
Monoclonal antibodies are powerful and very specific tools, ideal to develop your own immunostainings with long term reproducibility. One of the main advantages of monoclonals is that the obtained hybridoma is an inexhaustible source of specific antibody for your laboratory. We develop mouse, rat and rabbit monoclonals. If you do not succeed in producing the required antigen, we can either produce the corresponding recombinant protein starting from the cDNA synthesis if necessary or design a peptide and synthesize it.
Standard Protocol :
- Immunization of 5 mice or 5 rats
- Fusion
- ELISA screenings
- Delivery of positive supernatants to the customer for testings in its applications
- Hybridoma cloning through limiting dilutions
- We deliver 2 to 5 hybridomas and culture supernatant for each hybridoma
- Duration : 4 to 5 months
