Chinese Hamster Polyclonal Antibody Development
Standard protocol:
- Peptide design (free of charge)
- Peptide(s) synthesis or recombinant protein production
- KLH Conjugation (or any other carrier) if necessary
- Collection of pre-immune serum
- Immunizations of one Chinese hamster for 70 days
- Delivery of 0,5 to 1 ml of immune serum
- Other option : Affinity purification against the antigen or protein G
